Injection Valve

Installed at the outlet pipeline of the Pump Head, it has a built-in one-way check valve structure. When the medium is transported in the forward direction, the valve opens to ensure the normal discharge of the fluid; when the pump stops or the pipeline pressure fluctuates, it automatically closes to block the backflow of the medium, avoiding backflow impact on the pump head and measurement error. At the same time, it can prevent the downstream pipeline materials from flowing back and contaminating the pump chamber, and is mostly used for the pressure stabilization and pressure maintenance at the discharge end of the Metering pump.

Foot Valve

It is installed at the very front end of the pump head inlet pipeline and has the dual functions of filtration and one-way check. The valve body is equipped with a filter screen, which can intercept solid impurities in the liquid, protecting the internal precision components of the pump from being worn by particles; the one-way valve structure closes when the pump stops, retaining the medium in the suction pipeline, preventing liquid backflow and emptying, maintaining the liquid level in the pump chamber, and enabling the pump to start without needing to refill the liquid again.
